The former professional football player is married to Johanna Freeman and the couple share a son named Devin Ray Jacquair Lewis. Ray Lewis III followed in the footsteps of his father and entered the football journey as a running back at Lake Mary Prep High School in Florida.

Ray Lewis III was the son of Tatyana McCall and Ray Lewis. The former couple has 3 sons named Lewis III, Rahsaan, and Raydhad. Tatyana and Ray met each other when they attended the University of Miami. The couple never married each other and after the death of their son, the distance between them started to grow a little more although they both support each other in public. Little did I know when I put my son in tackle football at age 5, I ran the risk of having to bury him 22 years later. I would have done something different now knowing the risks. We need to wait until our babies are at least 14 to allow them to play tackle football.
The death of Ray Lewis III affected both Ray and Tatyana emotionally. It is no doubt that no one wishes to be the parents of their child who dies before them. At the burial of their son, Ray was very emotional, and he shared some words with the people who attended. He said:
We will see you again. 28 years, watching my first-born child. The referees thought I was crazy running up and down the sideline. Everybody that’s here in this room today for my son, from the deepest corners of my family’s heart, thank you.

Tatyana McCall
Ray had a past relationship with Tatyana McCall with whom he had 3 sons. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, their son Ray Lewis III passed away due to an accidental overdose. The couple is no longer together.
Tatyana is a Sr. Principal Public Relations officer at Northrop Grumman. Her profile on LinkedIn says that she is a DBA candidate for leadership at Walden University. She also has a degree in MBA marketing and management from Rollings College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business.
Diaymon Desiree
The former Ravens footballer has a long history with women. He has children with 3 other women apart from Tatyana McCall. Lewis has a daughter named Diaymon Desiree Lewis with Towana Denise Poe. This was a fleeting affair that took place, and it resulted in a daughter in 1997. In January 1998, Diaymon filed a paternity suit against Ray. After an agreement with the courts, she agreed to pay $2,700 every month to Desiree and a total of $29,700 as a result of back payments to her.

Ray Lewis Children
Although Ray Lewis had many children with different women, it is believed that all of his children followed him in sports, even if that sport was not football. Diaymon Lewis managed to get into the University of Alabama where she competed in field and track. She seemed close to her father, and it was she who presented her father at the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.
Apart from her, Rayshad was also the first All-Florida team in high school. He went on to play for Kentucky Wildcats, Utah University, and the University of Maryland.

Rahsaan chose a different sport than his father. He played basketball in his high school, but it did not sit well with him. He then went on to play college football with Kentucky, UCF, and FAU. After the death of his brother, Ray Lewis III, he gave a tribute to his late brother in his match as well. Rashaan also wrote a note on social media after his brother’s death that read:
