Cooper Kupp is an American footballer wide receiver who plays for the Los Angeles Rams in the NFL. He has received the Superbowl MVP award as well as the Offensive Player of the Year award. Due to his rising talent, many of his fans are wondering about the relationship status of the football’s star player. Learn all about the wife and family of Cooper.
Cooper Kurt Wife
The American footballer is married to his high school sweetheart, Anna Kupp. Both Cooper and Ana started dating each other back in 2012, even though they attended different high schools at that time. Both of them lived in the Yakima area of Washington.
Their romance started when both of them attended a high school sports event. Cooper participated in one of the sports and won the tournament. He won a medal in that sports event and guess who presented the medal to him. Yes, you are right, it was Ana who gave him the medal.
It was like love at first sight for Cooper, who immediately told his family about her. Cooper recalled his memory when he told his mom about Ana. He said:
I knew that she was the one that I wanted to marry when we had first met back in high school. I told my mom the day I met her, ‘I am going to marry this girl.”
Long Distance Relationship
However, the couple had to maintain long distance relationship during their college era. Cooper continued with his high school in Eastern Washington where he became the best FCS wide receiver of all time. Meanwhile, Ana attended Arkansas which made it a long-distance relationship.

It is often said that if a couple can manage long distances, they can manage any hurdle in their life. And this was the case with Cooper and Ana. They somehow managed to overcome this obstacle and finally got engaged in the year 2014. After their engagement, Ana got transferred to Eastern Washington to be with Cooper.
NFL Dream
Becoming an NFL star is no piece of cake. It takes a lot of effort and sacrifice to complete this journey. This is what the couple did. In order for Cooper to continue his dream of becoming an NFL star, Ana supported him by working a full-time job along with her studies. Ana’s job was enough to financially support the couple and allow Cooper’s passion for football to turn into a dream.
Cooper has admitted on several occasions that it was not only the financial factor from Ana’s side that made him an NFL star, rather it was emotional motivation. There were times when Cooper was not doing well, and Ana was the one who fueled his emotions every time Cooper was down emotionally. The football star even stated in an interview:
Without a doubt, there’s no doubt in my mind, not only would I not be here where I am today without her or accomplishing the things that I would be doing. I really believe I may not be in this — I may not be in the NFL if it wasn’t for her and what she has inspired in me and pushed me to do.

Right when the Los Angeles Rams won the Superbowl, Ana was the first one to congratulate him. She ran onto the field and jumped into his arms. Cooper also won the Super Bowl MVP Award as well.
Cooper & Ana Marriage
The couple finally decided to get married, and their marriage ceremony took place on June 2015. They both got married in Washington and had more than 400 guests at their ceremony. At the time of their marriage, the couple were just sophomores in college. However, they had a different rule at their wedding. Ana stated that:
We told people, ‘If you want to drink, you need to bring your own alcohol. We are not trying to be stingy, but at the same time, my dad’s not gonna pay for that.
While Cooper remembered that during his wedding:
You’d look out, and we’d see some of our teammates with a six-pack on the wedding table.
Although there were some doubts from the relatives of both Ana and Cooper about their marriage, the couple was still very determined. According to them, many of their relatives asked why they were marrying each other at such a young age. Cooper was 22 years old, and Ana was 21 years old at the time of their wedding. Ana responded to these questions by saying:
We feel so lucky to have found someone that we love and cherish so much so early.

Children & Family Business
Both Cooper and Ana are happily married, and they still benefit from the decision to marry each other at the right moment. In July 2018, the couple had their first son, Cooper Jameson Kupp (nicknamed June). In January 2021, the family welcomed their second son, Cypress Stellar Kupp. At last, they had another son, Solas Reign Kupp, last year in June 2023.
The Cooper family started a family business in 2024. They have opened a coffee shop named “Dodo Coffee Co.”. Their main forum for selling coffee is online, but those who want to enjoy an outlet can come to a brick-and-mortar location in Fayetteville, Ark.
The couple also talk about their journey from the very start to becoming an NFL player, having a business, and being parents. All of this is covered in their podcast named “Daily Grind”. However, Cooper is still very grateful for the support of Ana during his whole journey.
