18 Years Old Axel Rudakubana Parents: Hide From Shame After He Is Sentenced For Knife Attack
The 18-year-old boy Axel Rudakubana’s knife attack on a Southport holiday club has left horror shocks in the United Kingdom. On 29 July, he launched an attack on a Taylor Swift-themed dance class, killing three children and injuring more than 10 others.

Knife Attack Incident
On 29 July 2024, a Taylor Swift-themed dance class was arranged in Southport for children aged 6 to 11. As soon as he entered the Hart Space studio, he started stabbing the children. Axel Pleaded Guilty
On 23 January 2025, Axel pleaded guilty to all 16 charges. This also included the 3 counts of murder and 10 counts of attempted murder. His hearing was scheduled at 11:00 am (UK local time) on 23 January. According to the officials from the court, the culprit expressed no remorse for the killings he had committed.
On Monday, Rudakubana was scheduled for a four-week trial. However, just at the last moment, he changed his plea and admitted to all the 16 charges. These 16 charges are as follows:
- Murder of 3 girls: Nine-year-old Alice da Silva Aguiar, six-year-old Bebe King, and seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe.
- Attempted Murder of 10 more people: Two of them were adults named Leanne Lucas and John Hayes, and 8 were children. The names of the children are kept private due to legal reasons.
- Production of Toxin: Producing Risin on 29 July and before that.
- Possession of Terrorist Material: Axel had possession of a pdf which was named “Military Studies in The Jihad Against the Tyrants, The Al Qaeda Training Manual”. This was found as the police searched his house after the killings. He had this file from 29 August 2021 to 30 July 2024.

Axel was born and went to school in the United Kingdom, he has autism and has struggled with mental health issues. Before the major incident in Southport, he had been living with his parents in the village of Banks near Southport.

Axel Rudakubana’s father is a God-fearing man, and he wanted everyone in his family to attend church, especially the Sunday gatherings. However, it is clear from the statement of the leaders of the Community Church that neither Axel nor Alphonse’s family attended church or any Sunday gatherings.
The original home of the Rudakubana family was located in Banks, but now they have been moved by the police for their safety. Furthermore, the leaders are also saddened by this knife attack and deeply condemn it.
